Dividend Policy
IDEX has paid a quarterly dividend on its common stock since 1994. The current quarterly cash dividend rate is $0.12 per common share. The declaration of future dividends, subject to certain limitations, is within the discretion of the company's Board of Directors and will depend upon, among other things, business conditions, earnings and IDEX's financial condition.
