We will select suppliers who have the right technology, terms, pricing, capacity and quality, and we will build partnerships with these suppliers and develop long-term relationships. The selected suppliers are capable of delivering the lowest total cost of ownership and we believe that most of these suppliers will be situated in low-cost countries.
