To support this, leaders at all levels actively seek feedback from our employees, through our open-door philosophy, engagement surveys and other touchpoints, to continuously improve and enhance our workplace culture.

IDEX “My Voice” employee surveys consistently reveal a highly engaged workforce, with scores among the highest in the manufacturing sector. Despite these positive results, we remain focused on continuous improvement. We use this data to expand learning and development opportunities, enhance career pathways, and strengthen employee retention efforts.

Talent Development

We invest heavily in talent management to cultivate strong leadership and maximize organizational potential. We prioritize hiring and developing people who embrace our high performance, team-oriented culture.

Our commitment to promoting from within whenever possible allows us to leverage employees’ deep knowledge and insights, strengthening the business from within. The Organization & Talent Cycle (OTC) is a core process of the IDEX Operating Model, which involves regular, in-depth talent reviews with business leaders. OTC provides a disciplined approach to connecting company strategy with action, aligning human capital with business needs, and accelerating talent potential.
