iPEK, Hale Donate Holiday Gifts to Local Children

IDEX Fire, Safety & Diversified (FSD) business units continued to support organizations in their communities during the holidays this month.

German-based iPEK partnered with the Lebenshilfe Association in Kempten to fulfill wishes for young people with developmental delays and disabilities.

Children from Lebenshilfe decorated a “Virtual Wish Tree” with items including books, games, craft materials, puzzles, and more.

Every wish on the tree was fulfilled by an IPEK employee, with 40 gifts distributed to the early intervention center and 20 gifts distributed to the young people’s groups of the remedial education day center.

“A big thank you goes to all the supporters of the iPEK company for the many wonderful Christmas presents for children with developmental delays,” Head of the Early Intervention Centre Anke Kadereit said.

Hale team members in Ocala, Florida also came together to donate gifts for underserved children in Northeast and Central Florida.

Employees purchased, wrapped and delivered 142 gifts to Episcopal Children Services (ECS) – the most contributed by the team since partnering with the organization in 2018.

ECS, the third largest Nonprofit in Northeast Florida, has assisted children and their families for more than 50 years. Working with children from birth to age 5, ECS is dedicated to educating children on how to build a strong foundation for educational success.
