Roshny M. Archer is a global human resources and talent management executive with more than 25 years of experience leading enterprise people strategies for complex, multinational organizations. She develops strong leadership pipelines, advances inclusive cultures, and aligns talent strategies with long-term business priorities.
Before joining IDEX as Senior Vice President, Talent & Culture in April 2026, Roshny served as Vice President of Global Talent Management at Caterpillar. There she led enterprise-wide efforts spanning succession planning, talent acquisition, workforce analytics, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. In her role, she unified global teams, modernized talent frameworks, and strengthened leadership readiness as a collaborative, strategic business partner.
Previously, Roshny held senior talent and human resources leadership roles at Anthem, CDK Global, W.W. Grainger, and Motorola, supporting large-scale transformation, organizational design, and business performance across multiple industries and geographies.
Roshny holds a master’s degree in human resources and industrial relations from the University of Illinois at UrbanaChampaign and a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Emory University. Outside of work, Roshny serves in multiple capacities supporting her alma maters and her church. She lives with her husband, two children, and Aussiedoodle, in the Chicago suburbs.
