IDEX continues to expand its array of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to provide connection and support for all employees. ERG activities allow colleagues to share ideas, address business goals and ensure people feel connected, and that they belong. All IDEX ERGs are open to any interested employees.
IDEX provides Inclusive Leadership learning sessions and Inclusion Summits, open to all employees globally. These offerings are designed to strengthen leadership skills that foster inclusion and engagement within teams. Participants gain actionable tools for effective inclusive leadership while also building networks across our global organization, enabling employees to collaborate and share best practices in fostering a more inclusive workplace.
IDEX also partners with leading organizations for inclusive leader development and to bring in best practices, guest speakers, and volunteer opportunities. Some of our partners include the Executive Leadership Council, Society of Women Engineers, (SWE), Women in Manufacturing (WiM), National Black MBA Association (NBMAA), DisabilityIN, Seramont, Catalyst, The Hispanic Alliance or Career Enhancement (HACE), The Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR), Out & Equal, and Ascend.
